William C. Feeley graduated from the Divers Academy of the Eastern Seaboard in 1983 where he earned a commercial diving certificate. He has over 36 years’ experience in commercial diving which began with his hire by Underwater Construction Corporation a few days after graduation.
He spent ten years in the field becoming proficient in general industrial diving which included, but was not limited to, applied commercial deep sea and nuclear contaminated diving as well hazardous waste diving, hydro-electric and fossil plant diving.
In 1992 he advanced to Operations Manager in charge of multiple nuclear power plant decommissioning projects in the U.S. and Asia. His responsibilities included overseeing all aspects of diving projects, staffing crews, and project close-out. He mentored his divers to see all aspects of the projects – safety always first.
In 2014 he was promoted to Co-Chairman and Treasurer as well as being responsible for sales, marketing, client relationships and business development.
