Seaview Diving Contractors was formed in 1979 by Mike and Janis Holdridge in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Seaview provided commercial diving services for multiple industries throughout western Wisconsin and Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. The geographic area was rich in industry which relied heavily on excellent customer service. Seaview crews dominated the local area always coming to call when services were needed. During the early 1990’s Seaview had up to 20 divers concurrently providing site services at paper, fossil, food processing and nuclear plants throughout the local area. After 35 years of continued service Mike and Janis began discussions of retirement.
UCC acquired Seaview Diving Contractors in March of 2014. Mike and Janis are happily retired and remain outside Green Bay surrounded by family. Their career customer service commitment continues today through UCC.
