Underwater Construction Corporation congratulates Exelon Corporation on the successful separation and transfer of its power generation facilities to Constellation Energy Corporation which was completed on February 2, 2022. 

“UCC has had a long partnership with Exelon, supporting its nuclear, hydroelectric and petroleum power plant operations with diving services for many years,” said Ray Palumbo, President of UCC.  “Now that Exelon has left the power generation side of the  business, we thank them for the partnership we shared, and we look forward to continuing our support of those plants through Constellation.”

UCC is already supporting the transition and optimization of Constellation’s newly acquired generation facilities with the same underwater inspections, preventative maintenance, outage repairs/ modifications and 24/7 emergency response support it provided to those facilities under Exelon.
