Michael A. Pellini is the Co-Chairman and Secretary of Underwater Construction Corporation (UCC). In addition, he’s a member of its Board of Directors and Executive Leadership Group.
Mr. Pellini is a career diver with more than 37 years of experience in applied commercial diving. His experience includes nuclear contaminated diving, hydroelectric and fossil diving, general industrial diving and marine construction.
Since joining UCC in 1981, Mr. Pellini has worked in the field as a diver, foreman, and project manager. Since then, he has advanced to the corporate headquarters holding positions of Estimating Manager and later named Vice President. In later years he continued advancement, being appointed to Co-Chairman and Secretary.
Past contributions have included “Proposal and Technical Specifications”, “Methodologies Used in the Performance ofServices” and “Generation of Cost Estimates”. More recently he’s engaged with acquisitions, strategic alliances and overall management of the company.
Mr. Pellini is a graduate of Divers Academy of the Eastern Seaboard, holds a commercial diving certification and has furthered his education at Fairleigh Dickinson University.
